Michelle is a yoga instructor with experience in power and restorative yoga. Her fitness journey began as a dancer and she adopted yoga as a practice after learning about the physical and mindful benefits.

FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:

I love everything about Summer time Chi (music festivals, park dates, and patios)! During the winter months I love curling up with a good book.
